This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong product
- The product is missing accessories or parts
- You received an expired product (if applicable)
Return window:
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care & hygiene items
- Innerwear, lingerie, and cosmetics
- Perishable goods
- Digital products
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on product page
3. Return Process

- Provide photos/video of the product (mandatory for defect verification).
- Our team will approve or reject the request based on guidelines.
- A pickup will be scheduled (where available).
- After inspection, refund/replacement will be processed.
4. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued via:
- Original payment method
- CheaperBazaar wallet credit (optional)
Refund time: 3–7 business days after product inspection.
5. Replacement Policy
We will attempt to replace items if:
- The same product is available in stock
- The product qualifies for replacement
If replacement is unavailable, you will receive a refund.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
- Prepaid order refunds will be processed back to your payment method.
