This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is missing accessories or parts
  • You received an expired product (if applicable)

Return window:
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care & hygiene items
  • Innerwear, lingerie, and cosmetics
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital products
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on product page

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at admin@cheaperbazaar.com with order details.
  2. Provide photos/video of the product (mandatory for defect verification).
  3. Our team will approve or reject the request based on guidelines.
  4. A pickup will be scheduled (where available).
  5. After inspection, refund/replacement will be processed.

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued via:

  • Original payment method
  • CheaperBazaar wallet credit (optional)

Refund time: 3–7 business days after product inspection.


5. Replacement Policy

We will attempt to replace items if:

  • The same product is available in stock
  • The product qualifies for replacement

If replacement is unavailable, you will receive a refund.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
  • Prepaid order refunds will be processed back to your payment method.
